This colorful sign was found in central Pennsylvania and was made in the first half of the 20th century. The sign was probably used outside a small roadside market. The sign has an old, but not original surface on both sides. There is evidence of different lettering under the current paint surface, but I am unable to read the sign under the current surface. There is damage to small sections of the molding on the sandwich and salads side of the sign. There is a 1.5 inch by .5 inch section cut from the molding on the Fresh Strawberries side. Please see photos. W: 36", H: 18.5".
