Small Baltimore Stoneware Pitcher

This unusual stoneware pitcher was made in Baltimore Maryland in the mid 19th century.  The pitcher is profusely decorated with two bands of cobalt and three large drooping flowers. The pitcher has a tight hairline crack that extends down two inches from the rim otherwise, the pitcher is in perfect condition. The pitcher holds 1.5 quarts of liquid. Diameter at base: 4.5", H: 7.75".
