Rare Pair Of Crossed-Base Candlestands

This pair of American, mixed wood candlestands retain the original red painted surface. The feet are made of maple, the shafts are made of oak, and the tops are made of pine. The candle stands are in good condition however, one of stands has a crack in the pine top and one of the two small iron pins is missing. Probably New England circa 1800. W(base): 11", H: 27".
